3 Steps to Create A Flexible Morning Routine That Boosts Your Productivity

Morning routine, do you have one? Do you need one?

Why do so many people keep talking about creating one?

A morning routine is a simple and effective self-care practice. It will essentially help you center your thoughts and emotions and set the tone for whatever the day brings your way.

You have to make time to reflect on the person you want to show up as. You need to make sure you aren’t neglecting the things that fill your cup up. This will also help you maintain a sense of balance based on your lifestyle.

A morning routine is the perfect way to do that!

We’re conditioned to think we need to get up early to take care of everyone else. But a morning routine is really the fuel every busy fempreneur needs. If you don’t take care of yourself, you can’t be at your best to take care of everyone else.

I don’t start my day without completing part or all of my morning routine. My morning routine is non-negotiable time for myself! It’s a mom crack of time that fills me up!

Starting the day with intention puts me in a state of mental peace. Afterwards, I feel I can take on whatever the day holds but with less side effects. It has increased my energy and productivity immensely and has made for happier and more positive days!

That’s why I want to help you create one that addresses your needs and fits your lifestyle.

Here’s a three step process to help you create a morning routine.

  1. Determine what your needs are and tend to them
  2. Determine one activity you will do every morning no matter what, even if you only have 5 minutes
  3. Determine how much time works for you but be consistent yet flexible
