You booked a back office assessment and you’ve received your custom action plan. Now what? That’s exactly what we’re going to talk about today. Because the next steps are critical to you stabilizing your back office operations to support the growth of your business.
Welcome to this week’s episode of The Mind Your Time Podcast. Now I don’t usually say that at the beginning of an episode. But I decided to say it today because the choice you make when it comes to implementing your action plan is related to time.
You have to invest time into implementing the action plan if you want results. And you get to choose how much time that will be because it’s different based on the three options I’m going to share with you today.
I completely understand that it’s exhausting, overwhelming, and frankly, unsustainable for you to continue running your business without systems. But don’t worry, I am here to help you change that. My focus is on helping you build a business that allows you to create wealth, not just financially but in other ways as well like maintaining your health and spending quality time with your loved ones.
That’s why I created the back office assessment. But as I said in last week’s episode, that is just the first step. And if you haven’t listened to last week’s episode when I walk you through my entire process of what happens when you book a back office assessment, then you need to go back and listen to that one first. At least that’s my recommendation.
Either way I need you to understand the action plan you receive after the assessment is completed will do you no good if you do not implement it. So, let’s discuss the three options available to help you get your action plan implemented. No matter which option you choose, you can rest assured that you’ll have the support and guidance you need to create a more fulfilling and sustainable business and personal life
Option 1 – VIP Intensive Day.
This is perfect for those who want to fast-track their system creation and see immediate results. And the cost of your business assessment is applied towards the cost of your VIP Day. During the VIP Day, we will work together to streamline your workflows, set up your software, and create any necessary documentation. By the end of the day, you’ll have everything you need to run your business with ease and efficiency.
If you choose this option, you will receive a contract and a link to make the payment and schedule a 60 minute kick-off call. Afterwards you will receive your pre-work questionnaires. About 4-6 weeks is needed so that you can complete your pre-work. Then I can prepare the necessary materials for your VIP Intensive Day. The 2-3 weeks before your VIP Day Intensive, we’ll have a 45-minute strategy session to review your pre-work and the proposed workflows. We will also go over the flow of your VIP Intensive Day, you will then need to pay any balance that is due so that you can book your VIP Day.
The day of your intensive we will meet for about 30 minutes to review the workflow maps and fill in any gaps. Then I spend 3-5 hours working intensively on your systems while you go about your day as you please. But I need you be available via Voxer for any clarifying questions.
At the end of your VIP Intensive Day we meet for 30 minutes. I walk you through your new system(s), answer any last minute questions. Changes, edits and corrections can also be addressed at that time. You will receive customized training videos which are yours to keep forever, should you need to reference it anytime. You also get Voxer access or 14 days for hiccups you experience with your new system and questions.
And after 30 days we will have a 45-minute call to do a systems check.
Option 2 – 3 Month Minimum Project
This is a more long-term approach, the three-month minimum project. This is a great option if you want the process to go at a slower pace so you don’t get overwhelmed. But I only take two project clients at a time.
During this time, we’ll work together to ensure your processes are documented, your workflows are mapped out for efficiency, and I’ll create your systems from there. We’ll meet regularly to make sure everything is running smoothly and to make any necessary adjustments. You’ll also have access to me via Voxer for questions, updates and support during the implementation period. And as each system is created you will receive 1:1 training to make sure you are comfortable with your new system.
At the end of the project, you’ll have a fully functional back office that will help you run your business with ease, customized training videos which are yours to keep forever, should you need to reference it anytime. And you receive a 45-minute check-in call with me 30 days after project completion.
Option 3 – Self-Implementation Using the MY-T Society Membership
If you’re a DIYer like me and just want a resource you can use to implement the action plan on your own but with accountability, then this is just what you need. Now keep in mind you get a very detailed action list that identifies your list of processes you need to focus on and they are prioritized. I also make recommendations about tools you can use in your workflows.

And the tools inside are limited to what I use in my tech toolbox. I didn’t want it to be overwhelming.
