3 Steps to Setting Goals and Achieving Them in Small Steps

Do you know why most business owners fail to achieve their goals? It’s because they aren’t setting goals or they’ve set the WRONG goals.

Most of us create big bold goals WITHOUT taking the time to create a plan and we don’t understand the steps that go into each phase of the journey to achieve that goal. we set ourselves up for failure before we even get started.

Now I’m not saying you need to play small or to stay in your comfort zone. But you need to break that big dream down into bite-sized goals. That way you can gain the momentum you need to achieve the success you want.

Running your business without setting goals and creating a plan to achieve it is like driving to an unknown destination with no directions. This leaves you feeling feeling frustrated, stuck, overwhelmed, tired of missing out on family fun and working more hours than you’ve ever imagined.

Let’s change that! Start by choosing a goal that will not only help you grow your business but will allow you to enjoy life again. This process will provide the clarity you need to create systems to save you time.

Three Steps to Improve Your Goal Setting

  1. Make a list of personal and business events that are taking place over the next 90 days.
  2. Pick one thing that is the most important in your personal life. Then pick your business goal based on what you need to focus on in your daily life.
  3. Focus on completing tasks to reach that goal for the next 90 days
